- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related customer service role is required.
- Business English proficiency and analytical mindset are essential for success in this position.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends, is also required.
The successful candidate will have a passion for Software as a Service (SaaS) and web applications, as well as basic knowledge of the software development process and system design.
