Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the execution of marketing strategies, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. This role focuses on the technical and operational aspects of campaign implementation, working closely with the creative team to produce and execute retention marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute and optimize email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails.
  3. Develop and implement optimization plans to enhance retention marketing performance.
  4. Conduct quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
  5. Support the Client Strategist in building client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.
  6. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
  • Ability to work in a US time zone (4pm - 12am SGT)
