Job Overview:

This role is part of a market research agency and a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

  • Manage entire project life cycle including client, partner, and sample management.
  • Work directly with various teams to setup survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and facilitate accurate deliverables.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate timely communications and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular progress reports.
  • Ensure study profitability by monitoring and accounting for project costs.
  • Partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and improve performance on research studies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international online market research specifically focused on healthcare, survey recruitment, and collaboration with all teams involved in the project. Experience in qualitative project management is an advantage.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
