Job Summary

The role of an Amazon Product Coordinator entails managing product listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and brand standards. The individual will be responsible for uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central efficiently, performing regular housekeeping of existing product listings, verifying product data meets the required specifications, and managing product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.

Responsibilities
  • Amazon Product Listing Management:
    • Accurately upload new products to Amazon Seller Central.
    • Regularly review existing product listings for accuracy and completeness.
    • Verify product data and specifications align with Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Product Health Monitoring:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks related to Amazon account management.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
