Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking individual to oversee the visual presence of our brand across social media platforms.

This role requires creativity, independence, and a deep understanding of Instagram trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting visually captivating stories and reels that align with our aesthetic while managing multiple projects efficiently using project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop aesthetically pleasing daily Instagram Stories and reels that reflect our brand's sleek and modern style.
  • Edit engaging reels with sharp visuals, utilizing fonts effectively to enhance storytelling and match our brand voice.
  • Maintain a strong focus on aesthetics by selecting and pairing fonts, aligning text, and using lowercase text to create a clean look.
  • Utilize Canva and CapCut for content creation; proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus.
  • Organize and edit videos and photos with advanced creativity, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Write witty and emotionally resonant captions that reflect our brand voice and support visual storytelling.
  • Manage and engage with the community through interactions with similar brands, responding to comments in line with our tone.
  • Use creative strategies like Q&A sessions, quizzes, and interactive tools to build community engagement.
Requirements
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Minimalistic design style
  • Proven experience creating cohesive and aesthetically pleasing Instagram feeds and reels
  • At least 1 year of social media management experience
  • Expertise in font selection and text alignment for stories and reels
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; Premiere Pro and Lightroom (optional)
  • Strong video/photo editing skills with a keen eye for storytelling
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable
