Project coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

This position requires strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate communication and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities and deliverables
  • Track project schedules and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, planning, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
