  • Identify design time for requests assigned to the team in collaboration with team coordinators, quality specialists, and production specialists.
  • Maintain company notes based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency environment, and knowledge of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
