Sales Professional

As a Sales Ambassador for Southeastasia Retail, Inc., you will play a vital role in executing direction and sales strategies to achieve or improve sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute direction and sales strategies relative to volume shopping to achieve or improve sales targets.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.
- Large Account Management: Attend to and ensure that large account transactions are handled well.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints with the direction of promoting goodwill.
- Merchandise Preparation: Ensure that all large merchandise for pick up is prepared and properly tagged.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate closely with the Buying department to ensure full stock of fast selling items and to avoid stock out of merchandise.
- Product Recommendations: Make recommendations on items and promotional events.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct periodic canvassing or competitor's price checks and submit these to the Store Manager.
- Team Management: Conduct splinter meetings for closing shift stockers and operators.
- Employee Development: Observe proper grooming standards and wear company uniform at all times, show courtesy towards members, fellow employees, and company officers, maintain punctuality at all times, and provide proper training including skills development to subordinates.
- Inventory Optimization: Assist Store Managers in planning strategies on how to lower inventories due to over stocks.
- Educational Background: College Graduate
- Work Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a related industry and customer service experience is a plus factor
