Digital Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Digital Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and performing basic website updates.

In addition, you will create sales and reporting dashboards, manage social media presence, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service and Technical Support:
    • Provide timely and effective technical assistance via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
    • Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
    • Perform basic website updates on content management systems.
    • Enter data and format documents accurately.
  • Marketing and Client Management:
    • Manage social media presence by posting engaging content.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Provide exceptional client support via email, direct messages, and technical assistance.
  • Project Management and Development:
    • Create sales and reporting dashboards using business intelligence tools.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs for operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure project delivery on time.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar administrative positions.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Showcase high proficiency with office software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highlight strong organisational and time management skills.
