Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and general operations.

This role requires someone who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create marketing reports and track campaign performance
  • Support content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads
  • Manage digital assets and marketing materials
  • Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools - preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including:
    • Administrative assistance
    • Calendar and schedule management
    • Email and inbox handling
    • Basic documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
