Accounting and Financial Reporting Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the finance function. As an Accounting and Financial Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with our Controllership team to provide accurate financial information and analysis to stakeholders. Your expertise in financial reporting will contribute to our Company's financial health and strategic direction.

  • Prepare, create, and post journals for approval;">">
  • Maintain organized records of reconciliation activities, including supporting documentation;">">
  • Perform Balance Sheet and TB reconciliations assigned by senior managers;">">
  • Maintain schedules, account reconciliations, and perform accounts analysis as assigned;">">
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely statutory and consolidated financial statements and disclosures;">">
  • Support internal and external audit activities through provision of required documentation;">">
">">Required Skills and Qualifications">">
  • Graduate degree in Accountancy or related field;">">
  • CPA qualification or equivalent experience;">">
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or audit (non-CPA);">">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or audit (CPA);">">
  • Experience in Big 4 audit firms is advantageous;">">
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented in processes undertaken and work produced;">">
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;">">
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word);">">
  • Ability to multitask, thrive in fast-paced environments, and work independently.">">
