Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable digital products using React and Node.js.

As a key member of our team, you will translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, maintainable front-end code.

You will architect and develop robust server-side applications and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).

A strong emphasis will be placed on designing and managing data workflows using relational and NoSQL databases.

Besides building reusable, modular front-end components and libraries across multiple projects, you will also focus on optimizing performance, reliability, and security.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate early-stage concepts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong focus on Node.js and React.js
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
  • Proven experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration
  • Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with state management
  • Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Proficient with Webpack, Babel, Git, and other build/version control tools
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
