Leadership Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Software Engineer Team Lead to oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our main engineering team to achieve project objectives, promoting good engineering practices within the team and beyond, identifying and implementing improvements to products and processes, and working on the team's health and personal development.

You will also collaborate with Product Managers and other leaders across the engineering department to develop strategies, processes, and goals. Additionally, you will coordinate the delivery of features from the roadmap through each stage of the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the main engineering team to design and ship scalable, reliable and maintainable systems.
  • Promote good engineering practices within the team and beyond.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our products and processes.
  • Work on the team's health and personal development.
  • Coordinate the delivery of features from the roadmap.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in software engineering is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills are essential.
  • Experience working in a similar tech stack to ours: Ruby on Rails, React/Vue, AWS.
