Legal & Compliance Professional Overview
The organization seeks an accomplished Legal and Compliance Coordinator to support its operations. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

This role requires expertise in legal documentation, contract management, employment law, and business partnership. The successful candidate will work closely with external counsel, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely resolution of matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure governance and compliance across the organization
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents
  • Provide guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations
  • Manage contract lifecycles, renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking
  • Support employment law and workplace issues with maturity and fairness
  • Serve as an accessible, reliable legal partner to leaders across the business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal administration, compliance, or a related field
  • Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms
  • Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles
