Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Visual Advertising Specialist to drive performance-focused campaigns.

This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in crafting engaging visuals, analyzing requirements, and collaborating with creatives and strategists to develop innovative designs tailored for paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize high-impact visuals based on creative briefs and client needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design attention-grabbing ads optimized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with industry best practices
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms and collaborating with tools like Monday.com, Notion, Figma, and Frame.io
