Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and executing digital advertising and e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing for maximum efficiency.

You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store, handling order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.

Additionally, you will implement and manage customer service processes, conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
