Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Growth Specialist to drive growth across all channels with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate has in-depth e-commerce expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of scaling brands profitably.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow product categories across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow product categories across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok.
  • Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage.
  • Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels.
  • Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction and preferences; use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategies.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive improvements in listings, pricing models, and advertising effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Continuously refine product listings, pricing strategies, and ad performance.
  • Identify and launch high-potential products based on market insights and trends.
  • Have 3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth on Amazon.
