Role Overview

The Shopify Performance Manager role oversees the creation, management, and optimization of our e-commerce store. Responsibilities include managing product listings, integrations, and website performance, as well as implementing marketing strategies and analyzing store data for growth.

Collaboration with teams ensures a seamless and visually appealing storefront while driving profitability through data-driven decisions.

About the Role
  • Manage and update the store, ensuring products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers as needed.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Monitor store performance using analytics; create reports and recommend improvements.
  • Enhance branding, storefront design, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of integrations and plugins.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficient in analytics, tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
