Remote Accounting Specialist

The role of a Remote Accounting Specialist involves providing support to day-to-day accounting operations by applying professional expertise and resolving various accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) efficiently.

  • Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.
  • Utilize software for various property accounting tasks and data management.
  • Work collaboratively with the CPA team to ensure high-quality accounting services.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
  • Assist with other property accounting duties as required.
