  • Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into profitable projects.
  • Secure at least one new client or project annually to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive client database, tracking brand contacts, billing procedures, and payment terms to ensure seamless communication and timely payments.
  • Create networking opportunities and host client engagement activities twice a year to foster strong relationships and increase client loyalty.
  • Keep clients informed through quarterly newsletters and industry insights, positioning the Wishcraft Group of Companies as a thought leader in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized project proposals and integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives and execution needs.
  • Provide strategic solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee project implementation, guaranteeing that all deliverables meet client expectations and KPIs.
  • Deliver formal post-evaluation reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure all documentation, Purchase Orders (POs), and Cost Estimates (CEs) are submitted on time, streamlining the project workflow and minimizing delays.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and provide clients with competitive feedback and innovative marketing concepts, staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.
  • E nsure post-project receivables are settled in compliance with Finance policies, maintaining a positive cash flow and supporting the company's financial stability.
