Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our team of account and recruitment executives. As Senior Account and Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving service performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivery Management
    • Lead a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and efficient use of resources.
    • Drive service performance to meet and exceed customer satisfaction, cost, and business objectives.
  2. People Management
    • Provide strategic guidance to a team of managers and high-level direction to delivery staff.
    • Develop and execute succession plans to ensure seamless leadership transitions.
  3. Transformation and Continuous Improvement
    • Spearhead and implement improvement initiatives across all account areas, guided by specific priorities.
  4. Critical Issue Resolution (Crit Sit)
    • Take the lead in resolving critical issues that impact account performance or client satisfaction.
  5. Compliance and Audit
    • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant skills and experience in BPO or similar industry, preferably with experience managing in a multi-client environment.
  • Strong business operations knowledge in Finance delivery services.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
