As a senior finance leader, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Job Description

The Finance Director will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager to shape and implement financial strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the CFO and GM to develop and implement financial plans that support business objectives;
  • Driving company profitability through effective financial planning, cost management, and investment analysis;
  • Leading financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines;
  • Overseeing financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals;
  • Building and managing high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence;
  • Tracking and managing company-wide, divisional, and project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation;
  • Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred;
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses;
  • Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities;
  • Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
