Job Description:

The Head of Sales plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales planning and team leadership. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, this individual will oversee the sales function, foster key client relationships, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance improvement and excellence.
  3. Nurture strong client relationships, emphasizing long-term partnerships and market expansion.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
  5. Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  7. Conduct regular sales reviews, analyze gaps, and implement necessary actions to deliver expected results.
  8. Ensure high forecast accuracy on a monthly basis.
  9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  10. Oversee sales budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
  11. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques.
  12. Perform HR-related functions, including Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding and Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Motivation, Talent Development, Team Building and Collaboration, Employee Retention, Compliance and Policy Adherence, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and HR Collaboration.
