About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  2. Translate and communicate clearly across both languages, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  3. Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  6. Meet daily and monthly performance goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
