Job Opportunity

A remote bilingual interpreter is required to facilitate effective communication between individuals and organizations across linguistic and cultural boundaries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality interpretation services for clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication of information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive language solutions, including translation and localization services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with B2+ proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment.
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience.

Candidates should have strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, and ethical decision-making skills, as well as the ability to think clearly and act professionally in complex situations.
