Job Title: Legal Leader
Key Responsibilities:The organization seeks a highly skilled Legal Leader to provide strategic legal counsel and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.This role involves managing legal risks, advising on corporate governance, negotiating contracts, and overseeing litigation matters.

The Legal Leader will collaborate with senior leadership to align legal strategies with business objectives and safeguard the company's interests.


Key Qualifications:– Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, admission to the Bar is required
– Minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience
– Experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law, ideally within the financial services or technology industry

Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters.

Coordinate with external counsel when necessary, ensuring cost-effective and efficient management of cases.

Lead, mentor, and manage the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Allocate resources effectively to address priorities and ensure team success.

Collaborate with external regulatory bodies, law firms, and key stakeholders to address legal and compliance matters.

Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and compliance-related inquiries.
