About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.

This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective project management support to senior leaders
  • Route and prioritize transmittals, book and coordinate meetings, and manage the calendar
  • Support office-wide initiatives such as events, staff meetings, and organizational activities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, cleaning, and utilities management
  • Plan and manage office layout and seating arrangements to optimize workspace efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT for the maintenance and setup of office equipment
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions for office needs and supplies
  • Implement and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity with verifiable references
  • Quick-witted, flexible, and experienced in dealing with people of all levels
  • Clearly communicates in excellent English
  • Must have experience working with diverse groups
  • Possesses a highly developed sense of initiative to anticipate needs
  • Highly reliable, adept at problem-solving, team-oriented, and with winsome interpersonal skills
