Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in facade detailing and quantity takeoffs.

  • Façade Design and Estimation: Estimate quantities of materials needed for building facades, including windows, curtain walls, and cladding systems.
  • Shop Drawing Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for building facades, incorporating expertise in façade detailing and quantity takeoffs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Error-Free Drawings: Ensure all drawings are error-free and meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Façade Design Experience: Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.
  • Shop Drawing Skills: Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
