Cityscape Builders Inc. is dedicated to the design, supply and service of Glass & Aluminum Composite building facade systems.

We are looking for a Facade Designer will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed structural drawings and documentation in alignment with engineering and project requirements. The role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of quality structural documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering, Architectural or any related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experienced in Glass and Aluminum, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB Description:

• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible for any revisions
• Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential design issues and possible cost implications to direct superior
• Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
• If necessary, interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.

OTHER TASKS:

• Generating bill of quantities from project plans/drawings using plan swift
• Generating bill of materials from project plans/drawing
• Creating and updating design manuals
• Other tasks assigned by Direct Superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
