Facade Drafter

We are looking for two (2) Facade Drafters from Levels 1-3 to be part of FT Drafting Corporation. They must be an expert in Curtain Walling. They will work together with the Design team handling preliminary designs and other related responsibilities that will lead to the team's success in pursuing the company's goal of excellent service to its clients.

FT Drafting Corporation specializes in providing exemplary services ranging from Designing, Drafting, and Estimating. Focusing on extending these services to its Australia-based clients.

The company was established in the Philippines on the year of 2022. As of today, FT Drafting Corporation is growing as a start-up organization with its main office located at Alabang City, Muntinlupa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes drafting based on preliminary designs issued by the Designer and issued scoping
• Follows company procedures in document filling and submission process
• Reports to and meet deadlines set by the Design Manager.
• Mainly responsible for curtain walling needs of the projects (Curtain Wall expert).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Degree in BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in Facade works.
• Expertise in Curtain walling is required (Curtain Wall expert).
• Accurate drawing and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented, have a deadline-driven mindset, and goal-directed.
• Ability to handle all types of projects.
• Willingness to contribute above daily tasks to help the company in meeting tight deadlines.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (Onsite)

• You will be working onsite.
• Your equipment will be provided by the company.
• Alabang, Muntinlupa
