Job Summary
Your Go to Recruiter is seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily office activities, ensure a well-organized workspace, and provide exceptional support to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a point of contact for clients and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist other staff members with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
