Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timekeeping and Attendance: Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee attendance and timekeeping data.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to timekeeping, attendance, and benefits.
  • Benefits Administration: Process and manage employee benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO.
  • Permit Processing: Coordinate and process various permits and licenses for our branches.
  • Employee Evaluation: Assist in the distribution and monitoring of employee evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
