Key Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Partner to support our CEO in leading initiatives, fostering a positive company culture, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing professional with excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. They will be responsible for coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team meetings, and planning corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive and Strategic Support:
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities to ensure focused work on high-impact activities
    • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research and early drafting
    • Coordinate speaking engagements and respond to inquiries
  • Initiatives and Leadership Projects:
    • Serve as liaison to board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings and preparing materials
    • Coordinate corporate planning sessions and drive special projects as needed
    • Act as EOS Administrator; prepare agendas, summarize decisions, and communicate reminders
    • Explore AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute major company events, including annual kickoff, mid-year town hall, and quarterly state of the company
    • Execute client appreciation initiatives that digitally deliver learning and connection
    • Manage monthly CEO newsletter process and other company communications
Requirements
  • Current high performer in the organization (at least 12 months)

  • Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System
  • Skilled in using AI tools and experimenting with new solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and confidence to work directly with the board
  • Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track without dropping details
  • Discreet and trustworthy with absolute commitment to confidentiality
