Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles, with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of infrastructure using best practices in networking, security, and system architecture.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and deploy them using Kubernetes and Helm.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (or AWS/Azure with willingness to work in GCP).
  • Solid knowledge of Linux systems and Bash scripting.
  • Good understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and cloud security practices.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization.
