Senior Cloud Marketing Specialist

This key role focuses on developing and executing automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

  • Key responsibilities include business analysis, identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements, contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members, mapping requirements to capabilities, leveraging and maximising standard features, leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, system configuration and customisation in line with solution design and best practices, conducting user training sessions and promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud features, performing data gathering to define and document business requirements, collaborating with the Solution lead designer to map solutions per requirement, providing input to project estimates specific to declarative system design, identifying different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements, managing the implementation of SF solution design to meet business requirements, performing system configuration and groundwork per architect or lead designer specification, offering advice or suggestions for improvement according to design objectives, participating in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation, contributing to hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to drive customer engagement and business success.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy. Relevant certifications, proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios, and strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of applications, relational databases, web technologies, digital marketing landscape, Data Cloud, Agile development methodologies, and a desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
