Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced appointment scheduler to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately inputting information into our system
  • Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with clients
  • Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the organization
  • Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting
  • A stable internet connection
  • A designated professional and quiet workspace
  • A willingness to work non-traditional hours
