The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities through proactive and consultative sales approaches.

This position involves cultivating and converting leads, maintaining ongoing contact with prospects via phone and email in a fast-paced environment, exceeding assigned sales targets by leveraging solution-based sales techniques.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and convert potential leads identified through cold calling; maintain ongoing contact via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategize and execute sales activities aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Nurture leads from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience.
  • Active listening and persuasive communication skills.
Requirements
  • Laptop/desktop meeting minimum qualifications: Windows with Core i5 or higher; 8GB RAM or higher; Dual monitors (19 inches) and a headset.
