
Lead Generation Specialist

Pramira is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Expert to support our President and work closely with the Business Development and Estimating teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our outreach across key industries, including hospitality, industrial healthcare, retail, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct targeted research and data mining to identify and build prospect lists across core services: construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engage high-level stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Build personalized outreach campaigns and follow up to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline.
- Support the President with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research on key contacts and companies.
- Work with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Assist in creating and delivering introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
- Transfer qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project background, timelines, and contact information.
- Gather scope and site-specific details directly from contacts to help estimators develop informed, accurate proposals.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators to refine qualification processes.
- Monitor trends across target industries and identify emerging markets or sectors for expansion.
- Maintain clean, organized CRM data—logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
- Develop basic reports and dashboards to track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
- Test and iterate outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
- Suggest process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach is required, preferably within construction, project management, or real estate industries.
