  • Process all standard orders from regional assignments, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Handle after-invoice adjustments and Return Material Authorization requests promptly to avoid unnecessary credit holds.
  • Verify completeness of orders by checking customer purchase order details, addresses, prices, quantities, part numbers, descriptions, etc.
  • Assist customers with specialized queries and investigate AR-related disputes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. 3-year experience in Customer Service.
  3. 2-year experience with Vertiv Customer service environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Able to prioritize tasks and operate proactively.
