  • Prior experience in professional services implementation, preferably within the contact center industry.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowledge of relevant technologies, including CRM, API, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center best practices.
