Job Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate payment allocation and receipt verification.

Main Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, developing lock box processes, and supporting Shared Services to ensure seamless transactions.

  • Daily Cash posting from various banks and financial institutions is crucial to maintaining accurate records
  • Cash postings from multiple lock boxes need to be handled with precision
  • Month to Month or week to week Cash to Accounting Reconciliation requires regular monitoring
  • A comprehensive reconciliation process around lock box process must be designed
  • Responsible for generating reports around cash receipts and volume
  • Reviewing remittance information and updating customer details as necessary
  • Perform account reconciliations, investigate and resolve any inquiries or discrepancies efficiently
  • Build effective working relationships with customers, billing department team members, and account managers to achieve shared goals
  • Establish a regular reporting cadence to direct supervisors on key performance indicators
