Financial Operations Manager

The Accounts Receivable Operations Manager will lead a team in ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving complex billing and collection issues across the EMEA region from a permanent work-from-home setup in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee accounts receivable operations, preparing and distributing accurate statements, and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers.
- Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining professional client communication on account status.
- Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.
We seek a candidate with experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable who possesses strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with billing or finance platforms is a bonus.
