Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, communication, and building relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling. They will be the first point of contact with property owners, using their persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the real estate market.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that offers excellent growth potential with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
  • Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons
  • Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers
  • Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads
  • Send contracts to interested property owners
  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators
  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and phone software
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Professional phone manner and positive attitude
