Job Title: Fashion Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing original fashion concepts, developing patterns, and overseeing the production process. Your expertise in CAD software will be utilized to enhance your creative process and streamline design operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts based on current fashion trends and market requirements.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software.
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment.
  • Collaborate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is achieved.
  • Oversee the fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes.
  • Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory.
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, unique designs.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in sustainable fashion design.
  • Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
