Job Summary

The Digital Growth Specialist is a remote position within the Marketing team, focusing on paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, with a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads across Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Independently completing tasks such as creating accounts in related platforms, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ads content, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Closely working with designers to develop ads content plans based on data analysis and user portraits for overseas users
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing digital growth strategies in an orchestrated way
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitors
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network for driven growth among the south east asian diaspora in key regions
  • Developing and managing a B2B partnership network for online growth
  • Managing Public Relations for LemFi to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.
