As a Project Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and refining financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and refine financial models to provide accurate budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze project-level budget-to-actual variance and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting and Deliverables: Prepare detailed reporting packages and deliverables for investors and lenders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of key alerts and mitigate operational risk.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or relevant coursework is necessary.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical ability are essential.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
