Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) specialist to join our team. As a BIM Associate I, you will play a key role in the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed building information models using Revit software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs are fully coordinated and meet the required standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also provide support for schematic design and tender package creation. This will involve working with existing Revit models, creating new ones as needed, and ensuring that all relevant data is accurately captured.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
