Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales growth, and team leadership in a designated geographic region.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive area-wide sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, timely stock replenishment, proper display setups, and planogram adherence across multiple retail stores.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless store operations, achieving sales goals, fostering strong team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through frontline staff.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, Beauty Advisors, Merchandisers, and other frontline staff. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail or beauty/cosmetics industry.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving results, and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
