Dental Claims Expert

We are seeking a skilled Dental Claims Expert to join our team. As a Dental Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process claims, resolve issues, and provide support to clients while upholding quality and integrity.
- Follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims, ensure proper documentation, and communicate with patients.
- Send claims and attachments to insurance, determine denial validity, and address them properly.
- Generate reports, complete monthly tasks, and resubmit claims as needed.
- Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis, update trackers, and complete follow-ups assigned.
- Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals, post payments, and apply adjustments.
- Communicate insurance process updates and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills.
- Background in the Dental insurance or collections industries.
- 3+ years of hands-on collections experience.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote position.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
