We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Email Deliverability Analyst. This individual will be responsible for researching and solving delivery and deliverability challenges, as well as assisting with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to diagnose and resolve email deliverability issues
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address blocklist concerns
  • Develop strategies to improve sending reputations through data-driven insights
Requirements for Success
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing team
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox)
  • Basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Knowledge of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM)
